By Sanjeev Kapoor 18 Feb 2017 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Boneless chicken, Cheese spread Cuisine fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 21-25 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Chicken Cheese Melts 250 grams Boneless chicken boiled, shredded ¼ cup Cheese spread as required Mozzarella cheese grated for garnish Spring onion greens chopped, 2 tablespoon + to taste Crushed black peppercorns to sprinkle Red chilli flakes 1 teaspoon + to taste Salt 8 White bread slices For topping Butter as required Garlic chopped to sprinkle Garlic flavoured olive oil Method Preheat oven to 180° C. Take chicken in a bowl. Add cheese spread, 2 tablespoons spring onion greens, crushed peppercorns, 1 teaspoon chili flakes and salt and mix well. Cut bread slices into roundels with a medium sized cookie cutter. Spread some butter and some garlic on each roundel. Place them on a baking tray. Place the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 2-3 minutes. Put some chicken mixture on each baked roundel and top with some cheese. Place the tray back in the preheated oven and bake till the cheese melts.
