Ingredients list for Cheesy Mashed Potato Toasties
- 4 Bread slices
- 1 cup Potatoes mashed
- 2 tablespoons Cheese grated
- 1 teaspoon Garlic chopped
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 1 teaspoon Red chilli flakes
Method
- Preheat oven at 180 degree Celsius.
- Apply butter on the bread slices. Sprinkle with red chilli flakes and garlic on each side.
- Bake for 5 minutes or till the bread is crisp.
- Remove from oven and cool slightly.
- Evenly spread a portion of mashed potatoes on each slice.
- Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for 5 -7 minutes or till the cheese melts.
- Remove from the oven, trim the edges and cut the sandwich into fingers.
- Serve immediately with ketchup.
