Ingredients
- ¾ cup grated mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup macaroni, boiled
- Makhni sauce for topping
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon refined flour (maida)
- 1-2 spring onions, chopped
- 1 cup milk
- Salt to taste
- Crushed black peppercorns to taste
- Coriander leaves for garnish
Method
- Heat butter in a non-stick pan. Add flour and sauté for a minute.
- Add spring onion with greens, mix and sauté well. Add milk, mix and cook till the sauce thickens.
- Add salt and crushed peppercorns and mix well. Add cheese, mix well and cook till the cheese melts.
- Add macaroni and mix well.
- Transfer the cheesy macaroni in a serving bowl, top with makhni sauce, garnish with coriander leaves and serve immediately with garlic bread.
