Ingredients for Cheesy Makhni Macaroni Recipe

  • Mozzarella cheese grated ¾ cup

  • Macaroni boiled 1 cup

  • Makhni sauce For topping

  • Butter 1 tablespoon

  • Refined flour (maida) 1 tablespoon

  • Spring onion chopped 1-2

  • Milk 1 cup

  • Salt to taste

  • Crushed black peppercorns to taste

  • coriander leaves for garnish


Step 1

Heat butter in a non-stick pan. Add flour and sauté for a minute.

Step 2

Add spring onion with greens, mix and sauté well. Add milk, mix and cook till the sauce thickens.

Step 3

Add salt and crushed peppercorns and mix well. Add cheese, mix well and cook till the cheese melts.

Step 4

Add macaroni and mix well.

Step 5

Transfer the cheesy macaroni in a serving bowl, top with makhni sauce, garnish with coriander leaves and serve immediately with garlic bread.
