Ingredients list for Cheesy Chicken Pizza
- 2 Boneless chicken legs
- ¼ cup Cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons Mozzarella cheese grated
- for deep-frying Oil
- 2 Eggs
- to taste Salt
- ½ cup Refined flour (maida)
- to taste Crushed black peppercorns
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- 2 cups Corn flakes
- 1 Green chilli finely chopped
- ¼ cup Capsicum mixed, finely chopped
Method
- Heat sufficient oil in a pan.
- Wrap chicken legs with a cling film and beat them using hammer.
- Break eggs in a glass dish. Add salt and whisk well.
- Put flour, crushed peppercorns, salt, garlic powder, paprika and onion powder in a bowl and mix. Spread on a plate.
- Take corn flakes in a plastic zip-lock bag and crush coarsely with a rolling pin. Spread on another plate.
- Dust beaten chicken legs with flour mixture, dip in egg mixture and coat with crushed cornflakes.
- Preheat oven to 180º C.
- Deep-fry the chicken legs in hot oil for 2 minutes. Drain and arrange themon a baking tray
- Fill a piping bag with cream cheese and pipe out on top of fried chicken. Put green chilli, mixed capsicums and mozzarella cheese on top.
- Place the baking tray in preheated oven and bake till the cheese melts.
- Cut into pieces and serve hot with tomato ketchup.
