Be a kid or a teenage or an adult or an oldie, chicken lovers trend all over the world at all times! One meat that is a favourite of all beyond belief! When cooked, it can be presented in many guises. Sauté it, fry it, toss it, bake it, steam it – eat it the way you want to. Whatever its form may be upon being cooked, its flavour may change but its flesh remains high in protein, low in fat and can be digested easily.

Ingredients for Cheesy Chicken Bombs Recipe

  • Chicken Tikka cut, ½ inch pieces 250 grams

  • Chicken mince 2 cup

  • Mozzarella cheese grated 2 tablespoons

  • Ginger-garlic-green chilli paste 1 tablespoon

  • Salt to taste

  • Garam masala powder ½ teaspoon

  • Green cardamom powder ¼ teaspoon

  • Dried mango powder ¼ teaspoon

  • Oil for greasing and to deep fry

  • Bread crumbs for coating

Method

Step 1

Take chicken mince in a bowl. Add ginger-garlic-green chilli paste, salt, garam masala powder, cardamom powder, dried mango powder and cheese and mix well.

Step 2

Grease your palms with oil, divide the chicken-cheese mixture into equal portions, coat the tikka pieces with them and shape into balls.

Step 3

Heat sufficient oil in a kadai.

Step 4

Spread breadcrumbs on a plate, coat the stuffed balls in it and deep-fry in hot oil till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.

Step 5

Serve hot.
