Ingredients
- 1 chicken breast cut in strips
- ¼ cup processed cheese, grated
- 4 tablespoons fresh cream
- 1 ¼ teaspoon paprika powder
- ½ teaspoon pepper powder
- Salt to taste
- ½ teaspoon chaat masala powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ cup bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon refined flour
- Crushed black pepper to taste
- Oil for deep-frying
- 2 eggs
- Chopped coriander for garnish
- Tomato ketchup for serving
Method
- Whisk together processed cheese and fresh cream in a bowl.
- Add to it paprika powder, pepper powder, salt, chaat masala powder and garlic powder. Mix well.
- Add chicken and mix well. Mix bread crumbs, refined flour, salt and crushed black pepper together in a plate.
- Break eggs in a bowl add salt and crushed black pepper to it, whisk well.
- Dip the marinated chicken into the egg and coat with the breadcrumb mixture. Set aside.
- Heat sufficient oil in a kadai.
- Deep-fry till golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper.
- Garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot with tomato ketchup.
