Ingredients list for Cheeseburst Roti Pizza - SK Khazzan

  • 8 Whole wheat rotis
  • as required Mozzarella cheese finely chopped
  • 1 Medium yellow capsicum
  • 1 Medium red capsicum
  • 1 Medium green capsicum
  • 250 grams Readymade chicken tikka
  • 8 tablespoons Pizza sauce
  • to taste Salt
  • to sprinkle Red chilli flakes
  • to sprinkle Dried mixed herbs
  • as required Pickled jalapenos sliced


  1. Cut the capsicums into strips. Roughly chop chicken tikkas.
  2. Heat a non-stick tawa, keep the rotis on it, one at a time, and let them get just warm.
  3. Place one roti on the tawa, spread 2 tablespoons mozzarella cheese and cover with another.
  4. Spread 2 tablespoons pizza sauce evenly and top it with 2 tablespoons mozzarella cheese. Top with mixed capsicums and chicken tikka. Sprinkle salt, chilli flakes and mixed herbs.
  5. Place some jalapeno slices and some more mozzarella cheese on top, cover and cook for 5 minutes or till the cheese melts and the roti turns crisp. Similarly, make more pizzas
  6. Cut into wedges and serve hot.
