Ingredients list for Chawal Ke Pakode
- 2 cups Cooked Rice
- 2 large Gram Flour
- 1 1/2 inch piece Ginger
- 1/4 cup Fresh mint leaves
- 1/2 cup Gram flour (besan)
- to taste Salt
- 4 Green chillies finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon Chaat masala
Method
- Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Chop onions, ginger and mint leaves in a chopper.
- Put rice in a bowl, add onion-ginger-mint leaves mixture, gram flour, salt, green chillies and chaat masala and mix well.
- Shape into medium sized balls and slide into hot oil. Deep fry till golden and crisp.
- Drain on absorbent paper and serve hot.
