Ingredients list for Chatpata Bhutta
- 4 Corn corb
- 1 teaspoon Red chilli flakes
- ½ teaspoon Crushed black peppercorns
- 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar/jaggery
- 2 teaspoon Lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon coriander leaves chopped
- 1 tablespoon Mint leaves chopped
- as required Butter
- to taste Salt
Method
- Preheat oven to 180º C. Line a baking tray with a silicon mat.
- Put chili flakes, crushed peppercorns, chili powder, brown sugar, lemon juice, coriander leaves and mint leaves in a bowl and mix well.
- Line the worktop with an aluminum foil, place corn cobs and spread some chili-sugar mixture and butter on top. Sprinkle some salt on top and wrap them individually with foil.
- Place the wrapped corn cobs on the lined baking tray. Place the baking tray in preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Remove from oven, unwrap and serve immediately.
