By Sanjeev Kapoor 22 Mar 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Sprouted Bengal Gram, Breadcrumbs Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 26-30 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Chane aur Dhania ki Tikki 1 cup Sprouted Bengal Gram 1/4 cup Breadcrumbs to taste Salt 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon Chaat masala 1 1/2 teaspoons Cumin powder 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder for shallow frying Oil Method Grind the sprouts, with a little water, in a grinder jar to a slightly coarse paste. Transfer into a bowl. Add salt, red chilli powder, chaat masala, cumin powder, garam masala powder and coriander leaves and mix well. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add breadcrumbs to the gram mixture and mix well. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into tikkis. Shallow-fry the tikkis, a few at a time, in hot oil till golden. Drain on absorbent paper. Serve hot.
