By Sanjeev Kapoor 27 Nov 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Cauliflower, Flax seeds Cuisine Fusion Course Breads Prep Time 51-60 minutes Cook time 41-50 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Cauliflower Bread with Flax seed 1 medium Cauliflower , grated 1 tablespoon Flax seeds , ground 3 tablespoons Desiccared coconut 2 tablespoon Almond flour 2 Eggs 1/2 tablespoon Paprika powder 1 tablespoon Garlic powder 1 teaspoon Salt 1/2 teaspoon Black peppercorns , crushed 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder Method Preheat oven to 200° C. Squeeze out water from cauliflower, put it into a pan and steam for 5 minutes. Break the eggs into a bowl and whisk till light in colour. Add cauliflower, desiccated coconut, almond flour, flax seeds, paprika powder, garlic powder, salt, crushed peppercorns and baking powder And mix well to form a dough. Place the dough in a loaf tin and level it out. Place the tin in the preheated oven and bake for 45 minutes. Bring the tin out of the oven and let it cool.
