Ingredients list for Cashew Pakoda
- 100 grams Cashewnuts
- for deep-frying Oil
- 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- to taste Salt
- 2 teaspoons Onion powder
- to sprinkle Chaat masala
Method
- Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Deep-fry cashewnuts till golden and crisp.Drain on an absorbent paper.
- Sprinkle red chilli powder, garlic powder, salt, onion powder and chaat masala on top and toss.
- Serve immediately or cool and store in an air tight container.
