Ingredients list for Candy cookies
- 1 medium Butter
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 2 Egg
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence
- 2 1/4 cups Refined flour (maida)
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 cup Gems
Method
- Pre heat oven to 375°C. Cream the butter and both the sugars until light and fluffy. Mix in eggs and vanilla essence .
- In a separate bowl mix together maida, baking soda and salt.
- Add the flour mixture in parts to the butter mixture and beat well. Add the gems in it and mix well.
- Pour in greased cake tin and bake it in the preheated oven for twenty to twenty five minutes.Remove and cool it. Serve.
