Cajun Sausage Macaroni

Ingredients

  • 2 cups macaroni, boiled
  • 10-12 Italian sausages , cut into ½ inch piece
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun spice mix
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ¼ cup fresh cream
  • Salt to taste
  • Crushed black peppercorns to taste
  • 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese 
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley + for garnishing

Method

  1. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan. Add sausages, mix and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add cream, mix and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan. Add sausages, mix and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add cream, mix and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add parmesan cheese and parsley, mix and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Serve hot garnished with chopped parsley.
