Ingredients
- 2 cups macaroni, boiled
- 10-12 Italian sausages , cut into ½ inch piece
- 1 tablespoon Cajun spice mix
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ¼ cup fresh cream
- Salt to taste
- Crushed black peppercorns to taste
- 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley + for garnishing
Method
- Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan. Add sausages, mix and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add cream, mix and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan. Add sausages, mix and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add cream, mix and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Add parmesan cheese and parsley, mix and cook for 1 minute.
- Serve hot garnished with chopped parsley.
