Ingredients list for Butter Garlic Vegetable Fried Rice
- 3 cups Rice cooked
- 3 tablespoons Butter
- 7-8 Green garlic cloves
- 1/2 cup Onions chopped
- 4 tablespoons French beans finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons Cabbage grated
- 2 tablespoons Cauliflower grated
- 2 tablespoons Carrots grated
- to taste Salt
- 2 tablespoons Garlic paste
- 8-10 stalks Green garlic
Method
- Roughly chop green garlic cloves.
- Heat butter in a non-stick wok, add garlic and onions and saute.
- Add French beans, cabbage, cauliflower and carrot and mix well.
- Add salt and cooked rice. Sprinkle ¼ cup water. Add garlic paste and mix well.
- Finely chop green garlic stalks and add and mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Transfer into a serving bowl and serve hot.
