Ingredients list for Broccoli Corn Jalapeno Stir Fry

  • 1 medium Broccoli head, separated into florets
  • 2 cups Corn kernels boiled
  • 2 tablespoons Jalapenos slices
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 medium Onion finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Almonds roasted and roughly chopped


  1. Heat sufficient water in a deep non-stick pan and bring it to a boil. Add broccoli florets and salt and blanch for 1 minute. Strain, wash florets in running water and set aside.
  2. Heat butter in a non-stick pan. Add onions and sauté till translucent.
  3. Add almonds, mix well and sauté for 1 minute. Add blanched broccoli florets, corn and mix well on high heat for 1 minute.
  4. Add salt and mix well for 1 minute. Add jalapenos and mix again. Sauté for 1 minute.
  5. Serve hot.
