Ingredients list for Bread Sev Puri
- 4 Brown Bread Slices
- 1/2 cup Sev blanched
- 2 large Potatoes boiled, peeled and mashed
- 2 medium Onions,chopped
- as required Green chutney
- as required Red chilli Garlic Chutney
- as required Sweet date and tamarind chutney
- to taste Salt
- as required Chaat masala
- 1/4 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 1 small Raw mango chopped
- 1 cup Sev
- 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped
Method
- Using a small round cookie cutter cut roundels from brown bread slices, press them lightly and place them in a non stick pan and toast them till golden and crisp. Mix corn and potatoes in a bowl.
- Arrange the bread roundels on a serving plate, put some potato-corn mixture on each of them and press lightly.
- Top it with onions, green chutney, red chilli garlic chutney, tamarind chutney. Sprinkle salt, chaat masala, red chilli powder, fine sev, raw mango and coriander leaves and serve immediately.
