By Sanjeev Kapoor 16 Oct 2018 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Salted boondi, Oil Cuisine Punjabi,Indian Course Main Course Vegetarian Prep Time 0-5 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Boondi ki Sabzi-SK Khazana 1 cup Salted boondi 1 tablespoon Oil 1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder 1/4 teaspoon Asafoetida (hing) to taste Salt 3-4 Spring onion bulbs chopped 2 tablespoons Spring onion greens chopped 1 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves for garnish Fresh coriander sprig Method Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add cumin seeds, turmeric powder, chilli powder, asafoetida, salt and spring onion bulbs, mix and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Add spring onion greens, boondi and a little water, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add coriander leaves and mix well.
