By Sanjeev Kapoor 03 Sep 2016 in Recipes Veg New Update Main Ingredients Tomatoes, Peanuts Cuisine Fusion Course Salads Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients 400 grams tomatoes 30 grams peanuts, crushed 10 grams tamarind water 10 grams jaggery water 5 millilitres extra virgin olive oil 5 grams black pepper powder 40 grams fried garlic chips 30 grams onion, finely sliced 10 grams sesame seeds 5 grams ginger 5 grams Thai green chilli, chopped 30 grams coriander leaves Salt to taste Method Blanch the tomatoes to remove the skin. Peel and quarter to get 4 slices from each tomato. Remove the seeds. In a bowl massage the tomatoes with tamarind and jaggery water. Toss in all other ingredients into the bowl. Mix well. Garnish with some more garlic chips and serve.
