Ingredients list for Black-Eyed Bean Wada

  • 1 cup Black Eyed Bean soaked
  • 1/2 cup Spinach
  • 2 medium Onion
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/2 inch piece Ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • to deep fry Oil

Method

  1. Grind together black eyed beans, spinach leaves, onions, salt, ginger, cumin seeds and half cup water to a coarse but thick paste.
  2. Heat oil in a non stick kadai make small wadas out of the mixture and deep fry till golden brown.
  3. Serve hot garnish with green chutney.
