Ingredients list for Black-Eyed Bean Wada
- 1 cup Black Eyed Bean soaked
- 1/2 cup Spinach
- 2 medium Onion
- to taste Salt
- 1/2 inch piece Ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- to deep fry Oil
Method
- Grind together black eyed beans, spinach leaves, onions, salt, ginger, cumin seeds and half cup water to a coarse but thick paste.
- Heat oil in a non stick kadai make small wadas out of the mixture and deep fry till golden brown.
- Serve hot garnish with green chutney.
