By Sanjeev Kapoor 14 Apr 2020 in Recipes Veg New Update Beans Foogath Main Ingredients French beans, Coconut oil Cuisine South Indian,Indian Course Main Course Vegetarian Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients 200 grams French beans, finely chopped 2 tablespoons coconut oil 1 teaspoon mustard seeds 1-2 green chillies, chopped 8-10 curry leaves 1 large onion, finely chopped Salt to taste 1/4 cup scraped fresh coconut + for garnish 1 tablespoon lemon juice Method Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add mustard seeds and let them splutter. Add green chillies, curry leaves and saute well. Add onion and saute for 1-2 minutes or till translucent. Add beans and salt and mix well. Cover and cook on medium heat for 6-8 minutes. Add coconut and lemon juice and mix well. Take the pan off the heat.
