Ingredients
- 1 bunch bathua
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 2-3 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped ginger
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic
- 2-3 dried red chillies, broken
- 2 green chillies
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
Method
- Heat oil in a non stick pan, add cumin seeds and sauté till fragrant.
- Add ginger, garlic, dried red chillies and sauté.
- Finely chop green chillies and add.
- Add the bathua leaves and mix. Add turmeric powder and salt and mix well. Cook till the leaves are done.
- Transfer into a serving bowl and serve hot.
