Ingredients
- 15 baby potatoes peeled
- 1 medium onion
- 12 green garlic pods with greens
- 6 dried red chillies
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- Salt to taste
Method
- Blend together baby potatoes, onion, green garlic and red chillies to a coarse paste.
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add mustard seeds and let them splutter. Add cumin seeds and sauté till they change colour.
- Add the ground potato mixture and salt and cook on low heat till the potatoes are fully done.
- Serve with hot bhakri.
