Heat oil in a nonstick pan. Add the onion and sauté till translucent. Add the potatoes and sauté well on high heat for a minute. Add half cup water, cover and cook for five minutes. Add salt, ground mixture and mix well. Cover and cook for five minutes more. Serve hot with chapati/bhakri.
