Ingredients list for Banana Honey Toast
- 4 Elaichi Bananas
- 6 Eggs
- 6 tablespoons Honey
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 8 White bread slices
- for shallow frying Oil
- 10 Almonds
- 10 Walnuts
- 10 Cashewnuts
Method
- Break eggs into a bowl, add sugar, milk and whisk till the sugar dissolves.
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan.
- Peel the bananas and cut into long slices. Trim the edges of bread slices.
- Place 4 bread slices on the work top. Place banana slices on the bread slices and cover with the remaining bread slices.
- Dip the bread sandwich in the egg batter and place it in the pan. Cook flipping sides till evenly golden.
- Chop almonds, walnuts, cashewnuts and keep aside.
- Cut the sandwich toasts into triangles and transfer onto a serving plate. Drizzle honey. Garnish with the chopped nuts and serve.
