Ingredients list for Banana Honey Toast

  • 4 Elaichi Bananas
  • 6 Eggs
  • 6 tablespoons Honey
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 8 White bread slices
  • for shallow frying Oil
  • 10 Almonds
  • 10 Walnuts
  • 10 Cashewnuts


  1. Break eggs into a bowl, add sugar, milk and whisk till the sugar dissolves.
  2. Heat oil in a non-stick pan.
  3. Peel the bananas and cut into long slices. Trim the edges of bread slices.
  4. Place 4 bread slices on the work top. Place banana slices on the bread slices and cover with the remaining bread slices.
  5. Dip the bread sandwich in the egg batter and place it in the pan. Cook flipping sides till evenly golden.
  6. Chop almonds, walnuts, cashewnuts and keep aside.
  7. Cut the sandwich toasts into triangles and transfer onto a serving plate. Drizzle honey. Garnish with the chopped nuts and serve.
