Ingredients for Baked Fish Recipe

  • Rawas fillets 1

  • Onions 2 medium

  • Red capsicum 1 medium

  • Green capsicum 1 medium

  • Red chilli sauce 2 tablespoons

  • Garlic 12-16 cloves

  • Ginger 2 inch piece

  • Salt to taste

  • Black pepper powder to taste

  • Lemon juice 2 tablespoons

  • Corn kernels boiled 1 cup

  • Olive oil 2 tablespoons

Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 200°C. Quarter onions and separate layers.

Step 2

Cut red and green capsicums into small cubes. Cut fish into long fingers and put into a bowl.

Step 3

Add chilli sauce and mix. Crush garlic cloves and slice ginger.

Step 4

Keep a round ring mould in a baking dish and arrange the fish pieces in it in layers keeping a hollow space in the centre.

Step 5

Arrange the onion, red and green capsicums, garlic and ginger around the ring mould.

Step 6

Sprinkle salt and pepper powder on the vegetables and the fish. Sprinkle lemon juice over them. Put the corn kernels in the hollow between the fish pieces. Drizzle olive oil all over.

Step 7

Keep the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 5-7 minutes. Remove the ring mould carefully and serve hot.
