Ingredients list for Baked Fish
- 1 Rawas fillets
- 2 medium Onions
- 1 medium Red capsicum
- 1 medium Green capsicum
- 2 tablespoons Red chilli sauce
- 12-16 cloves Garlic
- 2 inch piece Ginger
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper powder
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- 1 cup Corn kernels boiled
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
Method
- Preheat oven to 200°C. Quarter onions and separate layers.
- Cut red and green capsicums into small cubes. Cut fish into long fingers and put into a bowl.
- Add chilli sauce and mix. Crush garlic cloves and slice ginger.
- Keep a round ring mould in a baking dish and arrange the fish pieces in it in layers keeping a hollow space in the centre.
- Arrange the onion, red and green capsicums, garlic and ginger around the ring mould.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper powder on the vegetables and the fish. Sprinkle lemon juice over them. Put the corn kernels in the hollow between the fish pieces. Drizzle olive oil all over.
- Keep the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 5-7 minutes. Remove the ring mould carefully and serve hot.
