Ingredients
- 4 whole bread loaf slices
- Butter as required
- 2 tablespoons green chutney
- 16-18 blanched baby corn slices
- 3 tinned pineapple slices
- Crushed black peppercorns to taste
- 3-4 tablespoons readymade aloo bhaji
- 2-3 tablespoons grated processed cheese
- 2-3 tablespoons shredded cabbage
- 1 small beetroot, peeled and cut into strips
- ½ medium carrot, peeled and cut into strips
- 3-4 onion rings
- 5 tomato slices
- 4 cucumber slices
- 3 cheese slices
- Mayonnaise to drizzle
- 50 grams processed cheese block
- Nylon sev to sprinkle
Method
- Apply some butter on the bread slices.
- Take one bread slice and spread 1 tablespoon green chutney on it. Top with baby corn slices, pineapple slices and sprinkle crushed black peppercorns on top.
- Arrange another bread slice on top.
- Spread aloo bhaji evenly. Sprinkle processed cheese on top.
- Place the third slice on top. Spread remaining green chutney evenly.
- Sprinkle cabbage, beetroot and carrot on top. Arrange onion rings, tomato slices and cucumber slices on top.
- Arrange cheese slices on top. Cover with last bread loaf slice and apply butter on top.
- Discard the edges, drizzle mayonnaise, grate some processed cheese on top, sprinkle sev and serve.
