Bahubali Sandwich

Ingredients list for Bahubali Sandwich

  • 8 Whole bread loaf slices
  • as required Butter
  • as required Green chutney
  • 8-10 Baby corn blanched and sliced
  • 6-8 Pineapple slices
  • to taste Black peppercorns crushed
  • 6-8 tablespoons Aloo bhaji
  • 6 tablespoons Processed cheese grated
  • 5 tablespoons Cabbage shredded
  • 2 tablespoons Beetroot cut into thin strips
  • 2 tablespoons Carrot cut into thin strips
  • 6-8 Onion rings
  • 8-10 slices Tomato
  • 8-10 slices Cucumber
  • 6 Cheese slices
  • for drizzling Mayonnaise
  • For topping Processed cheese block
  • For topping Sev

Method

  1. Apply some butter on one side of all the bread slices.
  2. For each sandwich, spread 1 tablespoon green chutney on 1 bread slice evenly. Top with some baby corn slices and some pineapple slices and sprinkle crushed black peppercorns over them.
  3. Place another bread slice on top and spread 3-4 tablespoons aloo bhaji evenly on it. Top with 3 tablespoons grated cheese and place the 3rd bread slice on it.
  4. Spread some green chutney evenly on it and top with half the cabbage, half the beetroot strips, half the carrot strips, half the onion rings, half the tomato slices, half the cucumber slices and 3 cheese slices. Cover with 4th bread slice buttered side facing downwards and press gently. Apply some more butter on top and trim the edges.
  5. Drizzle mayonnaise, grate cheese on it and top with sev. Place each sandwich on a separate serving plate and serve immediately.
