Ingredients list for Babycorn Fritters - SK Khazana

  • 12-16 Babycorns
  • 1 cup Refined flour (maida)
  • 1/2 cup Rice flour
  • 4 tablespoons Cornflour
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 pinch Black peppercorns crushed
  • to deep fry Oil
  • to serve Sweet chilli sauce
  • to garnish Micro greens


  1. Take refined flour, rice flour, 2 tbsps cornflour, salt, black pepper powder add sufficient chilled water and mix well into a smooth and slightly thick batter.
  2. Heat sufficient oil in pan
  3. Take babycorn in a bowl, add remaining cornflour and mix well. Dip each babycorn in batter and deep-fry in oil till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
  4. Transfer into a serving bowl, garnish with micro greens and serve hot.
