  • 1 Apple
  • 8-10 Walnuts chopped
  • 1 Pomegranate (anar)
  • 2 Spring onion bulbs
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black peppercorns Crushed
  • 1/2 tablespoon Mustard paste
  • 2 teaspoons Wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 7-8 Iceberg lettuce leaves
  • for garnis Feta cheese


  1. Chop spring onion bulbs.
    Halve apple and slice it.
  2. To make the dressing, combine spring onion bulbs, salt, crushed peppercorns, mustard paste, wine vinegar, olive oil and honey in a bowl.
  3. Tear lettuce leaves and add to the dressing.
    Add apples.
  4. Halve pomegranate and remove the kernels and add to the salad. Add walnuts and toss to mix.
  5. Transfer salad into a serving bowl.
    Break the feta cheese and place on top.
    Serve immediately.
