Ingredients list for Anari Aloo
- 2 teaspoon Dried Pomegranate Seeds roasted and powdered
- 6 medium Potatoes boiled, peeled and cut into 1 inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons Oil
- 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon Dried mango powder
- to taste Salt
- for garnish Fresh coriander leaves chopped
Method
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add potatoes and toss on high heat for two to three minutes. Add powdered anardana, red chilli powder and dried mango powder. Mix well and add salt.
- Sprinkle some water and cook till the potatoes are heated through. Serve hot garnished with coriander leaves.
