Ingredients list for Aloo Tuk Pepper Salt
- 250 grams Baby potatoes boiled
- a pinch Crushed black peppercorns
- ½ cup Spring onions chopped
- 1 tablespoon Garlic chopped
- ½ teaspoon Chilli flakes
- to taste Salt
- Sugar
- to deep fry Oil
Method
- Once the boiled baby potatoes are cooled, hold them between the palms and flatten them.
- Meanwhile heat oil for frying the flattened potatoes.
- Fry the potatoes till crisp and golden brown in colour. Drain on an absorbent paper.
- Heat one tablespoon oil in a nonstick wok, add garlic and sauté for a minute.
- Add spring onions, salt, crushed black peppercorns and chilli flakes.
- Add the fried potatoes and toss everything together to combine well. Serve immediately.
