Ingredients list for Aloo Sabzi Sandwich
- 8 White bread slices
- 1 medium Onion
- 2 medium Tomatoes
- for spread Butter
- for spread Green chutney
- for sprink Chaat masala
- for sprink Salt
Method
- Thinly slice onion and tomatoes.
- Preheat a non-stick griller.
- Place bread slices on a worktop, spread some butter and green chutney on half the slices. Evently spread some aloo sabzi over each of them.
- Place some tomato slices over the sabzi and sprinkle some chaat masala and salt. Place some onion slices on top and again sprinkle some more salt and chaat masala.
- Cover these slices with remaining slices, apply some butter on top. Place the sandwiches in hot grill toaster and grill till golden from both sides.
- Cut into triangles and serve hot.
