Ingredients
- 7-8 medium potatoes, boiled and peeled
- 3-4 tablespoons oil
- Salt to taste
- 4-5 black peppercorns, ground
- 1 green chilli ,chopped
- 3 tablespoons fresh cream
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leaves
Method
- In a bowl mash the potatoes, while they are still hot, to a smooth mixture.
- Add ghee, salt, freshly ground peppercorns, green chilli and fresh cream.
- Whisk with a fork until it gets a creamy texture.
- Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve warm.
