Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tablespoons refined Flour
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 medium onion
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 cloves
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- A pinch of nutmeg powder
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper powder
Method
- Take onion, wrap a bayleaf around it studding it with cloves at two ends. Place milk in a deep bowl, place the onion in that and boil on Microwave HIGH (100%) for two minutes.
- Remove onion and keep aside. Take butter and refined flour in a casserole and cook on Microwave HIGH (100%) for two minutes stirring once in between.
- Add milk, mix and cook further on Microwave MEDIUM (80%) for five minutes stirring once in between. Add nutmeg powder, salt and white pepper powder and stir.
