Ingredients for Tossed Pasta And Green Salad Recipe

  • Macaroni boiled 1 cup

  • Broccoli blanched 7-8 florets

  • Iceberg lettuce shredded 1 bunch

  • Cherry tomatoes 5-6

  • Yellow capsicum julienne 1 medium

  • Red capsicum julienne 1 medium

  • Olive oil 1 tablespoon

  • Vinegar 2 teaspoons

  • Salt to taste

  • White pepper powder to taste

  • Fresh basil leaves shredded 5-6

Method

Step 1

Place macaroni, broccoli, lettuce, cherry tomatoes, bell peppers in a deep bowl. Mix olive oil, vinegar, salt and white pepper. Pour dressing over the salad. Toss well and serve immediately garnished with shredded basil leaves.
