Heat mustard oil in a pan and add panch phoron powder and tamarind pulp and cook for few minutes. Add jaggery and cook till it melts, season it with salt, black pepper powder and roasted red chilli powder. Cook for two more minutes. Serve the chaatni garnished with raisins.
