Ingredients list for Tandoori Subz Shaslik
- 2 medium Onions
- 2 medium Green capsicums seeded
- 2 medium Green capsicums
- 200 grams Pineapples sliced
- 2 teaspoons Red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon Chaat masala
- to taste Salt
- 2 teaspoons Garam masala powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Dried fenugreek leaves (kasoori methi) powdered
- 2 tablespoons Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- Satay sticks
Method
- Soak the satay sticks in water. Cut onions into quarters and separate the layers. Cut tomatoes, capsicums and pineapple slices into 1½ inch pieces.
- Put all the vegetables and fruit in a large bowl. Add red chilli powder, chaat masala, salt, garam masala powder, kasoori methi and vinegar and mix well.
- Heat oil in a non stick grill pan. Thread the capsicums, tomatoes, pineapple and onions one after the other onto satay sticks and arrange them on the grill pan.
- Cook on medium heat, turning a few times so that the vegetables are cooked evenly from all sides. Serve hot sprinkled with chaat masala.
