Ingredients for Sugar Free Chocolate Cake Recipe

  • Dark chocolate melted 1/4 cup

  • Refined flour (maida) 1 cup

  • Vanilla essence 1/2 teaspoon

  • Sugar Free 12 measures

  • Baking powder 3/4 teaspoon

  • Soda bicarbonate 3/4 teaspoon

  • Butter melted 1/4 cup

  • Buttermilk 1/2 cup

  • Walnuts crushed 1/4 cup

Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 180oC. Grease and dust a five inch cake tin. Take the melted chocolate in a bowl, add melted butter and vanilla essence and mix.

Step 2

Sieve refined flour with baking powder and baking soda into the chocolate mixture and mix. Add Sugar Free and mix.

Step 3

Add buttermilk and mix. Add crushed walnuts and mix. Adjust the consistency.

Step 4

Pour the batter into the prepared cake tin and bake in the preheated oven at 180oC for about thirty minutes. Cool and serve.
