Sprouts Fried Rice Sprouted moong and rice cooked and seasoned with vinegar, soy sauce, tomato sauce and red chilli paste By Sanjeev Kapoor 07 Jul 2014 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Basmati rice,, Sprouted Green gram Cuisine Fusion Course Rice Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 26-30 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Medium Others Veg Ingredients list for Sprouts Fried Rice 2 cups Basmati rice, drained 1 cup Sprouted Green gram to taste Salt 2 tablespoons Oil 1 teaspoon Garlic, chopped 1 teaspoon Red chilli paste 1 teaspoon Vinegar 1/2 teaspoon Soy sauce 1 teaspoon Tomato sauce to taste White pepper powder Method Boil rice in sufficient water alongwith a pinch of salt. Remove from heat and set aside to cool. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add garlic, onion and ginger. Mix well and saute on medium heat for ten seconds. Add red chilli paste and vinegar. Mix well and cook for ten minutes. Add sprouted green gram, mix again, cover and cook for three to four minutes. Add soy sauce, tomato sauce, salt and white pepper powder. Mix well.
