Ingredients
- 2 cups sprouted moong
- 4 teaspoons olive oil
- 4 teaspoons onion , chopped
- Salt to taste
- 4 teaspoons yogurt
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
Method
- Heat two teaspoons olive oil in a non stick pan.
- Add onion and bell peppers and sauté for three to four minutes.
- Take moong sprouts in a bowl. Add onion-capsicum mixture. Add salt, yogurt and mix well.
- Add lemon juice and remaining olive oil and black pepper powder.
- Serve.
