Sprouted Salad

A wholesome sprouted moong salad sautéed with onions and peppers, blended with yogurt, lemon, and pepper for a light, tangy delight. This is Sanjeev Kapoor exclusive recipe.

Ingredients 

  • 2 cups sprouted moong
  • 4 teaspoons olive oil
  • 4 teaspoons onion , chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 teaspoons yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper powder

Method

  1. Heat two teaspoons olive oil in a non stick pan.
  2. Add onion and bell peppers and sauté for three to four minutes.
  3. Take moong sprouts in a bowl. Add onion-capsicum mixture. Add salt, yogurt and mix well.
  4. Add lemon juice and remaining olive oil and black pepper powder.
  5. Serve.
