Ingredients list for Spinach Dip

  • 1 medium bunch Spinach Leaves
  • 4 tablespoons Yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 medium Onion
  • to taste Salt
  • 50 grams Paneer (cottage cheese)
  • 50 grams Cream cheese
  • 2 teaspoons Lemon juice

Method

  1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Roughly chop onion and spinach and add. Add salt and sauté till all the moisture evaporates.
  2. Transfer into a mixer jar. Roughly chop paneer and add.
  3. Add cream cheese, yogurt and lemon juice and grind to a slightly coarse dip.
  4. Transfer into a bowl and serve at room temperature or chilled.
