Ingredients list for Spicy Sprouts Sandwich
- 1 cup Mixed sprouts boiled
- 8 Brown bread slices
- 1/2 cup Soya granules soaked and drained
- 1 medium Onion finely chopped
- 1 Green chilli finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons Pav bhaji masala
- 1/2 teaspoon Cumin powder
- to taste Salt
Method
- Put mixed sprouts, soya granules, onion, green chilli, pav bhaji masala, cumin powder and salt in a bowl and mix well.
- Place a portion of the sprout mixture over four bread slices and spread. Cover with the remaining four slices.
- Heat a sandwich griller, place the sandwich on it and grill for four to five minutes.
- Serve hot with your choice of sauce.
