Ingredients list for Simple Moong Dosa-SK Khazana

  • 1 1/2 cups Sprouted green gram (ankurit moong)
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 2 Green chillies
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • to taste Salt
  • for drizzling Oil
  • to serve Red coconut chutney

Method

  1. Blend together sprouted green gram, ginger, green chillies, cumin seeds and salt with sufficient water to a coarse batter. Transfer into a bowl.
  2. Heat a non-stick tawa. Spread a ladleful of prepared batter evenly on it. Drizzle some oil on top and cook till well browned and crisp. Make more dose similarly.
  3. Serve hot with red coconut chutney.
