Add green cardamom powder, sugar and cook, stirring continuously, till the sugar dissolves completely. Add khoya and mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes. Heat the remaining ghee in another non-stick pan, add cashewnuts, almonds, pistachios and sauté till light golden. Add the nuts to the halwa. Transfer into serving bowls and serve.
