Ingredients
- ¾ cup aloo bhujia sev
 - 1 large tomato, chopped
 - 8 white bread slices
 - 1 medium onion, chopped
 - 2 chopped green chillies
 - 3 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander
 - 2 tablespoons tomato ketchup
 - Salt to taste
 - Butter for applying
 - 4 cheese slices
 
Method
- In a bowl, add aloo bhujia sev, tomatoes, onion, coriander, green chillies, tomato ketchup, salt and mix well.
 - Apply butter on the bread slice, place a portion of the stuffing on one side, place the cheese slice on top and cover it with another slice of bread with butter side down.
 - Apply butter on top of the prepared sandwiches.
 - Melt butter on a non-stick tawa. Place the prepared sandwiches and toast till golden brown on both sides.
 - Cut into triangles and serve hot with potato wedges.
