Ingredients list for Sev Batata Puri

  • 24 Flat Puris
  • 2 medium Potatoes peeled and chopped boiled
  • 1 small Raw mango chopped
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • as required Sev
  • as required Green chutney
  • as required Tamarind chutney
  • as required Garlic and red chilli chutney
  • 2 medium Onions peeled and chopped
  • as required Chaat masala
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped

Method

  1. Arrange the puris on a plate. Mix chopped potato, raw mango, salt and red chilli powder. Place this over the puris.
  2. Dribble green chutney, red chutney and tamarind chutney one on top of the other.
  3. Sprinkle chopped onion and chat masala. Cover up all the puris with plenty of sev. Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves.
