Ingredients list for Sesame Crisps

  • ½ cup White sesame seeds toasted
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • ¼ teaspoon Almonds
  • ¼ teaspoon Cashewnuts
  • ? teaspoon Green cardamom powder
  • 4 tablespoons Honey

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with silicon sheet.
  2. Grind together the almonds and cashewnuts to a semi-coarse mixture and transfer in a bowl.
  3. Add the sesame seeds and cardamom powder, mix well and set aside for five minutes.
  4. Heat butter in a non-stick pan. Add the honey and mix well. Add the sesame mixture and mix well.
  5. Divide the prepared sesame mixture into sixteen equal portions and place them on the silicon sheet. Lightly flatten them.
  6. Put the tray in the preheated oven and bake for eight to ten minutes. Remove from oven and cool.
  7. Serve or store in an airtight container.
