Ingredients for Seb Aur Amrood Ki Sabzi Recipe

  • Apples 2

  • Guava 2

  • Ghee 2 tablespoons

  • Cloves 3

  • Cinnamon 1 inch stick

  • Raisins 10-12

  • Cashewnuts 4-5

  • Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon

  • Coriander powder 1 teaspoon

  • Cumin powder 1 teaspoon

  • Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon

  • Salt to taste

  • Sugar 2 teaspoon


Step 1

Wash, peel and cut apples into big pieces. Wash guavas and cut into big pieces. Heat ghee in a pan. Add cloves and cinnamon. Add cashewnuts and raisins.

Step 2

After two minutes add guava and apples. Cook for a minute. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder, salt and sugar. Mix well. Serve hot.
