Ingredients list for Sanjaji Poli
- 1 cup Semolina
- Sugar
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 cup Water
- 2 tablespoons Ghee
- 1/4 teaspoon Green cardamom powder
- FOR THE DOUGH
- 2 cups Refined flour (maida)
- 50 millilitres Milk
- as required Water
- a pinch Salt
Method
- Combine refined flour with salt and then sieve. Add milk and then add water, little at a time, to make a smooth and soft dough. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and leave aside.
