Ingredients
- Fresh raspberries frozen, 20-25 + for garnish
- 4 1/2 tablespoons Raspberry crush
- 2 1/2 cups Yogurt
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla essence
- 3 teaspoons Honey
- 15-20 Fresh mint leaves
- as required Ice cubes
- 2 1/2 cups Milk
- for garnish Fresh mint sprigs
- for garnish Chia seeds
Method
- Put yogurt in a blender jar, add raspberry crush, vanilla essence, honey, fresh raspberries, mint leaves, ice cubes and milk and blend to a smooth smoothie.
- Pour smoothie into 4 serving glasses. Garnish with fresh frozen raspberries, mint sprigs and chia seeds.
